Accounts Receivable/Credit Administrator Position

Join a well-established and growing Burnaby company as an Accounts Receivable/Credit Administrator. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will support the A/R & Credit functions, including credit card reconciliations, cash application and handling customer account inquiries. Your role involves managing outstanding customer balances, processing new account applications, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collection of outstanding customer balances

- Processing new account applications

- Reconciling branch level cash deposits

- Collaborating with the sales team for credit/collections support

- Month end tasks


Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable/credit

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

- Post-secondary education in accounting is an asset
