EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to THE CEO (Part‑Time, Hybrid – Vancouver)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative/Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team of a publicly listed resource company in downtown Vancouver. This part‑time hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage critical corporate documentation, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic public company environment.
KEY RESPSONSIBILTIES
Manage the CEO’s calendar, daily workflow, and travel logistics
Track and organize regulatory, corporate, and board documentation
Maintain corporate records and assist with preparations for company expansion
Collaborate closely with the CFO, Investor Relations, external legal counsel, and accounting teams
Support deadlines and preparations for filings, board meetings, and investor communications
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing press releases
QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
Familiarity with public company operations; experience in mineral exploration/mining is an asset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable working in a small, lean organizational structure

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $30 – $37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Part‑time schedule: 15–20 hours per week
