Our client is a Vancouver educational facility which has an excellent opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team! Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for full charge Accounts Payable including: matching purchase orders, checking/verifying taxes charged on invoices, applying general ledger codes, processing expense reimbursements and weekly cheque runs. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other accounting duties such as: preparing daily bank deposits, producing various excel spreadsheet reports, invoicing and cross training with other members of the team. Candidates ideally have accounts payable experience, however we are also interested in hearing from new accounting grads from accredited colleges.
