Our client is a well-established growing company with branches and distribution centers located across Western Canada. They have an excellent opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team in their south Burnaby head office.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail for tasks such as matching invoices to purchase orders and coding invoices but also demands a high level of organizational skills to manage the variety of duties effectively. Other responsibilities include resolving invoice discrepancies, setting up new vendors, reconciling vendor statements and assisting with the month end close.
The ideal candidate will bring a year or more of experience in a similar role; have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an educational background in accounting or business administration.
